Rudbekia Green Wizard

Perennial plant growing about 1 metre tall with a tall, dark brown to black central cone surrounded by a ruff of bright green sepals (bracts) instead of traditional showy petals.

Useful for bold architectural structure in a flower arrangement. The cones can be dried 

Harvest when the stem is strong and firm not floppy.

This plant may not flower in the first year sometimes taking 2 years to maturity.

Plant about 30 cm apart for best results.
